Domestic ( within India ) Shipping:

• Standard Shipping : Orders are shipped in 7-10 working days and are ₹199 As we are sending the orders with an external service, shipping costs are non-refundable once delivered

• Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.

 Prioritising orders are on a case to case basis.

Our team will not be liable for any courier related delays.

In case an express order doesn't reach within promised timelines - we will refund the extra amount paid for express shipping.

International  Shipping:

Orders are delivered in 1-3 weeks, depending on the country.

Shipping rates are calculated as per number of products ordered and country of delivery.

Customs clearance may take longer than expected and is subject to case-by-case timelines, which are beyond our control.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.

Incase there is a mistake/defect in shipment, we will provide a store credit as we are unable to replace international orders.

You will get automated email updates regarding the status of your order.

Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.
