Refund policy

Hello! Thank you for being here. These terms are important to support and keep things smooth and open between us! It’s also our way of sharing everything about who we are, with complete transparency. Just a little reminder!

PLEASE NOTE :

  • Once the order has been placed and processed, it can’t be canceled, but if you cancel or return it, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners. We are not responsible for any delays in the shipping of the purchased products, loss, or missing purchased products, or incorrect delivery of the purchased product, which is due to the User’s fault or due to inaccurate, wrong, false, or incomplete information provided by the User.
  • We currently only provide store credit for returns, not bank refunds.
  • Ki*CHUN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
  • We are NOT responsible for courier related delays, but will ensure it reaches you the quickest possible!
  • Return and Exchange couriers need to be sent back by the customer at their own costs. Returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags.
  • Staying hygienic is non-negotiable! some items that can not be returned once sold. Innerwear, swimwear or any items marked as Non-Returnable on the platform. Please check the product description carefully to be well-informed.

 If you’ve received a damaged item, please email us immediately with clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original packaging.

Steps for Size Exchange:

  • For a size exchange, please mail studiokichun@gmail.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of the exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - name - order number.

  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item.

  • Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges. 

  • We only send the exchanged package free of cost once, post that there would be an additional charge of 100.

  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item.

  • Our team will inform you once we receive the return courier and provided that the product is unused and with the same tags it came with, we will confirm the store credit.

  •  We only provide store credit for returns not bank refund.

  •  For a style exchange, once the store credit is received it can be redeemed for a purchase of your choice.

Steps for Using Store Credit

For any returns, we do not offer bank refunds – only store credit is provided that can be redeemed for future purchases. Here’s how to use your store credit:

  • Once your return is processed and approved, we’ll send the store credit to your registered email in the form of an automated email.

  •  If you can’t find the email, please check your Promotions or Spam folder.

  •  The email will contain a unique code. This code represents the exact amount credited to you, excluding shipping charges (if applicable).

  •  To use the store credit, simply apply this code at checkout when making your next purchase.

  •  If you don’t use the full amount of the store credit in a single purchase, the remaining balance will be available for future orders using the same code.

  • There’s a 365 day expiry on the store credit.

Steps for Size Customisation:

  •  We offer minor alterations at no additional cost.

  •  However we can't change the design of the piece.

  •  Please drop us a mail, ONLY once we confirm availability - you can place your order on the website.

  •  We do not accept exchanges/returns as we are unable to repurpose the pieces, so please send the accurate measurements across.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with clear images of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original wrapping (including the protective sleeve the piece came in), for us to evaluate the issue.

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in this case, we will have the product collected.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product/ provide a store credit.
